About me
Paper Bag Cookie Co. started as a half-baked idea in the wee hours of the night. I was doodling away when I ended up with a scribble of a scrappy little bag of cookies. I turned to my partner and exclaimed that “someone should make a cookie company called Paper Bag Cookie Co. and use this doodle as the logo” and, well, we can all can guess what she said...
So I did. I channeled my inner 4th grade art student and carved a linoleum stamp out of that same doodle. I stamped a few bags and next thing I knew, Paper Bag Cookie Co. was born.
With a recipe I resurrected from my teenage experimental baking phase, I started baking, and delivering, and baking and delivering.... And here we are.
